We provide technical support and maintenance services via phone, Internet and on-site. The Internet is the backbone of our support model; it makes remote monitoring, support and administration of your network fast and efficient and in many cases eliminates the need to wait for an on-site service call. Software and hardware installation, upgrade and repair services.
A dedicated network support engineer is available 7/24 to provide technical support and service when you need it most. Ongoing network support agreements, at whatever level you choose, gives you the ability to budget for part or all of your annual network support costs.
Our preferred customer is one that wants ongoing remote and on-site network support, administration and monitoring. The customer is generally too small to afford a full-time IT person or department and outsourcing is the best option.

Webb-Kingsbury Networks recommends that customers buy Dell network servers, desktops and laptop systems running Microsoft Windows operating systems. We assist you in selecting, configuring and ordering the right model.
We will install and support your Dell systems for the life-cycle of the product. Webb-Kingsbury works with Dell to maintain, repair and/or upgrade any Dell systems you have. We will provide the same service, where possible, for any other brand systems you already own.

Webb-Kingsbury Networks will work with your 3rd party software company to install, update and keep your software systems operating correctly. Most companies have 3rd party software that is designed for their particular type of business and often the software company is a long distance away and can't provide local support.
We also provide local network support & assistance to phone, security, copier and other 3rd party providers with installation of products/services into your network. They generally do not provide network support.
Webb-Kingsbury will install and support standard off-the-shelf software from Microsoft, Quickbooks and most other Windows software publishers.
